KMSP provided a special limit of “umbrella” guarantees to border regions. Small and medium-sized businesses in the Belgorod, Voronezh, Bryansk, Rostov and Kursk regions, as well as Crimea and Sevastopol, can use territorial umbrella guarantees to obtain loans.
In July, the SME Leasing Company, a subsidiary of SME Corporation, began accepting applications for preferential leasing of equipment. The first program applies to micro and small enterprises from the manufacturing sector, and the second is designed for micro, small andmedium-sized enterprises involved in the fields of tourism, healthcare, sports, science, creative industries and IT.
