Kazakh bank Freedom Finance has suspended operations with MIR cards. The bank noted that the issue of measures aimed at minimizing the risk of application of secondary sanctions of foreign jurisdictions is currently being considered.
Earlier, the Russian Ambassador in Ankara Alexey Erkhov said that the Russian Embassy continues to make efforts aimed at resolving the situation with payments with Turkey. Also, the three largest banks in China stopped accepting payments from Russia. Bank of China later said it was still accept payments from Russian companies.
