Jordan sends one of the largest aid convoys to Gaza in six months. The United States had asked Israel to allow aid to flow massively to the Gaza Strip.

After the airdrops, Jordan will be able to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza by truck. The humanitarian convoy, which includes basic food items like rice and flour, will enter the Gaza strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing. The destination of the convoy that left this weekend has not been specified. The convoy includes 105 trucks leaving Amman for Gaza by land.
