Housing prices in 100 cities in China are generally stable in the first two months of 2024. From January to February 2024, the price of new residential buildings increased by 0.29% cumulatively.
In February, the average price of second-hand housing was 15,173 yuan per square meter, down 0.37% from the previous month. With the National People's Congress convening soon, the housing issue has received great attention, and supportive policies are expected to be introduced on both the supply and demand sides.
