Fair to promote Fukui specialty products in conjunction with Hokuriku Shinkansen extension to Tsuruga. Local sake, Fukui's winter flavor mizu yokan, and processed seafood products such as crab are on sale.
The fair is being held until the 24th of this month at Marumaru Higashinihon in Omiya Ward, Saitama City, where the Shink Hansen stops. The Hokurikus will open between Kanazawa and TSuruga in Fukui Prefecture on the 16th.
