Energy advice: Authority stops funding payments for the time being. Because of the tight budget situation, the Ministry of Finance is slowing down the use of funds from the climate fund.
According to SPIEGEL information, this now applies to funding programs for energy consultancies. “The renewed funding stop creates enormous uncertainty and delays renovation projects unnecessarily,” says Stefan Bolln, energy consultant and federal chairman of the GIH energy consultants’ association. The federal government is supporting energy consulting in 2024 with 240 million euros.
