EnBW: Boss Andreas Schell unexpectedly resigns. Schell only took up his position as EnBW boss in November 2022, with a contract term of three years.
Board member Georg Stamatelopoulos is now moving to the top position. EnBW is one of the largest energy companies in Germany. The company supplies more than five million customers nationwide with electricity, gas and water. The supervisory board chairman Lutz Feldmann said of Schell's departure: "We regret this step, which is taking place by mutual agreement."
