China's A-shares rose on Wednesday and the Shanghai Composite Index achieved its "sixth consecutive rise" Education, brewing and other sectors rose 5.68% and 4.2% respectively, leading the gains. Financial sectors such as insurance and banking also performed well, rising 3.37% and 2.2%.
In terms of individual stocks, Ping An Bank rarely hit the daily limit (up 10%). The People's Bank of China authorized the National Interbank Funding Center to announce the latest LPR: the LPR over 5 years was 3.95%.
