"Fair Competition Review Rules in the Bidding Field" issued by eight departments including the National Development and Reform Commission were announced on the same day. This is China's first departmental regulation for fair competitionreview in specific fields and industries, and will come into effect on May 1. The "Rules" propose more than 40 specific review standards in seven aspects to resolve various transaction barriers.
