China Eastern Airlines will add new and expanded routes to many airports in Guangdong during the 2024 summer and autumn flight season. The planned flight volume of Shenzhen and Shenzhen increased by 7.5% and 10% respectively.

Six new destinations have been added: Chengdu Tianfu, Chongqing, Hefei, Qingdao, Wuhan and Shijiazhuang. China Eastern Airlines’ flight volume in Hong Kong and Macau has recovered to 123.3% and 139.1% of 2019 respectively.
