China Eastern Airlines’ C919 fleet will reach 10 domestically produced large aircraft and is moving towards large-scale operations. On March 2, 2024, the first batch of five orders will be fully delivered.
China Eastern Airlines had signed an aircraft purchase agreement with COMAC to order an additional 100 C 919s. It is reported that other domestic airlines will also begin to receive domestically produced big aircraft in 2024. The 2024 National Civil Aviation Work Conference proposed that the domesticallyproduced large aircraft C9 19 will be promoted abroad.
