In order to attract more Chinese tourists to visit, some countries in Southeast Asia have successively launched visa-free policies. China and Thailand signed an agreement on mutual visa exemption for ordinary passport holders, which will officially take effect on March 1. China announced that it would grant Switzerland unilateral visa- free treatment, and Switzerland would also provide more visa facilities for Chinese citizens.
