China’s Ministry of Natural Resources publicly notified 16 typical cases of farmland survey issues. The National Natural Resources Supervision Agency will simultaneously conduct special inspections of the 2023 National Land Change Survey from December 2023 to February 2024.
During the county-level survey stage of the annual land change survey, various inspection bureaus inspected 1.6783 million map patches, inspected 434 counties (cities, districts) and found 17,000 problematic patches, accounting for 1.0% of the total number of inspected patches.
