Before the Spring Festival, cherries enter the peak sales season. The main countries from which China imports cherries include Chile, New Zealand and Australia.

Chilean cherries account for the bulk, with its export share accounting for 90% of the world's exports. In the 2022-2023 production season, Guangzhou Nansha Port will become the port with the largest import volume of cherries in mainland China. A "Cherry Express" extending from the other side of the ocean thousands of miles away, "seamlessly" connecting the whole chain of "one-stop" services for border customs clearance.
