Andalusia (43.9%), the Canary Islands (42.2%) and Murcia (41.6%) recorded the highest percentages of households that could not afford to go on holiday. The lowest percentages occurred in the Basque Country (19.2%), Madrid (22.6%), Navarra (24.8%) and La Rioja (4.8%).
