"Zongzi" Codex Alimentarius International Standard Officially Released Traditional Chinese Food Enters the International Stage. This is the world's first international standard for traditional Chinese seasonal food.
The standard was officially approved for release in December 2023 at the 46th Session of the Codex Alimentsarius Commission co-organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization. It is another traditional Chinese food international standard proposed and organized by the China Federation of Commerce on behalf of my country.
