Warning users of "Tik Tok" against eating frozen honey

Experts have warned against the new frozen honey challenge that is spreading through the “Tik Tok” application because it makes people feel “sick.”

The hashtag "Frozen Honey", meaning "frozen honey", spread on the popular app, with more than a thousand videos that recorded more than 600 million views.

Many people complained that they felt "sick" after trying frozen honey pieces, because eating five or more packages causes a rise in sugar in the body.

According to NBC News, experts warn that people taking part in this trial can experience problems such as diarrhea, bloating, stomach cramping and other side effects. It can also cause tooth decay.

Lisa Young, associate professor of nutrition at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development, said she was concerned "about children turning to TikTok to get their information and then follow the latest harmful trends."

Health expert Neha Nagpal told The Independent that although honey is a natural sweetener and comes with many health benefits, keeping honey at a temperature of less than about four degrees is likely to cause problems such as bloating and diarrhea when ingested.
