“VK, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, has launched a beta version of the Russian app store,” the statement said.

Now more than 100 applications are available in the store, including popular services, applications of mobile operators, games and marketplaces. 

“The beta version of RuStore integrates the security systems of Kaspersky Lab and VK,” the ministry said.

Earlier, the head of VK, Vladimir Kiriyenko, said that the Russian Ministry of Digital Development and the company would launch a beta version of the Russian RuStore app store on May 25.
