Fumiko Kinoshita, a 55-year-old member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, was accused of violating the Road Traffic Act in November last year for driving unlicensed seven times in Itabashi Ward and Shinjuku Ward from May to July last year. After that, I resigned as a member of the Diet.



At the first trial held at the Tokyo District Court on the 25th, former Senator Kinoshita said, "No, no," when asked by the judge whether the indictment was incorrect.
