Two decrees to reform the board of directors of "Dubai Investment Corporation" and "Meydan City Corporation"

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, issued Decree No. (24) for the year 2020 to reconfigure the Board of Directors of the Dubai Government Investments Corporation, headed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, membership of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, and Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani
And Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh, Muhammad Hadi Al Husseini, and Hilal Saeed Al Marri, provided that Muhammad Ibrahim Al Shaibani be the managing director of the Foundation's business.
His Highness also issued Decree No. (25) for the year 2020, to reconstitute the Board of Directors of the "Medan City Corporation", provided that the two decrees will be effective from the date of their issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
