Transported 30,000 methamphetamine tablets to Hejiang County and sold them to Hou Jiang. In August 2018, Yan Changbin, Liu Jinyun, and Yan Wen again transported 5946.81 grams of methamphetamine (commonly known as "ice poison") from Menghai County, Yunnan Province to Hejiang County and sold them to Hou Jiang. On August 11, Yan Changbin, Liu Jinyun, and Yan Wen were captured by public security personnel in Mojiang County, Yunnan Province, and seized the above drugs on the spot.
