In the morning Apolline Matin, this Friday on RMC and RMC Story, a father spoke of his fight to change security measures on the ski slopes.

, his 7-year-old son had been violently hit in Savoie by a skier deemed dangerous.

The day before the accident, the latter had already been called to order by monitors after nearly injuring a young girl. 

"We couldn't take away his package, no one has that power on the slopes

,

" lamented the father of the family interviewed by our colleagues.

Hospitalized in Grenoble with cerebral edema, head trauma and venous tearing in the brain, his son is now safe and sound despite some sequelae, the man said on RMC.

A police investigation is underway. 

In order to get things moving, the Varois contacted a deputy, a senator and wrote to the President of the Republic.

The Élysée chief of staff replied that Emmanuel Macron had taken note of his request and that the Ministry of Sports was going to take up the subject. 

A police investigation was also opened following the accident.

As a reminder, a skier may be held criminally liable in the event of a serious accident on the slopes.

On January 15, a 5-year-old child lost her life after being hit by a skier in Flaine, Haute-Savoie.
