In court, she mentioned “financial difficulties related to consumer credit”.

In 2018, the embezzlement had led to the intervention of an auditor who had warned the prosecution.
As for the director, he was accused of not having reported the facts or dismissed the director.
He explained that he wanted to help the latter to keep her job to repay her debts.
