The Izvestia newspaper writes about this with reference to retailers and manufacturers. 

Manufacturers reported that the rise in prices for products will be from 7 to 20%.

Retailers, in turn, noted that they are still considering raising prices.

The Association of Retail Companies (AKORT) stated that retailers are trying to make price changes more comfortable for the consumer.

The Ministry of Agriculture noted that the costs at enterprises for the production and processing of meat have been growing since 2020.

Earlier it was reported that according to the UN, in September, food prices in the world reached their highest level since 2011.
