Rajaa Hussein: “Those who attended the El Gouna Festival have absolutely nothing to do with cinema.” Video

Actress Raja Hussein criticized the El Gouna International Film Festival.

Raja Hussein said: "This festival is totally rejected. Is there even a festival in El Gouna? There is unnatural and forbidden nudity. We have never heard that the artists of the time used to appear in this way, and when I was asked about my going if I was invited, I answered (I know I play Komi, but Shallah). No)".

And she continued: I do not like the festival from beginning to end, nor the way it is presented, I feel that it is a trade, and it has nothing to do with Egypt or Egyptian cinema, and I reject the expression that it represents Egypt, since it began from its beginning with the presence of foreigners, and I did not see a single Egyptian film shown on a valuable level.

Regarding the movie "feathers", she said: "I have not seen this movie and I cannot talk about it, but when one of the professors rejects the film and leaves it and goes out, it will certainly offend Egypt's reputation, and I reject it, and anyone who misrepresents Egypt's reputation I take it with boots."

She added, "I don't want to talk about this issue, I made a mistake about many people, and I will be respectful and educated, but those who are there have absolutely nothing to do with cinema."

It is noteworthy that the fifth edition of the El Gouna Festival ended last Friday.
