First of all, more than 23 trillion won will be paid to a total of 3.71 million businesses in compensation for losses, which was previously called the quarantine subsidy.

Depending on the degree of decrease in sales, 6 million to 8 million won is basically paid per location, but in 50 industries with particularly high damage, such as travel and wedding venues, the amount increases to 10 million won.

The government planned to start paying within three days of passing the National Assembly using tax data from the National Tax Service, but the ruling party is in the position of giving it away from tomorrow afternoon, so the timing is expected to be delayed.

In addition to the compensation for loss, other subsidies will be paid after one to two months, depending on the parties' application or separate review.

In case of damage caused by cooperation with quarantine measures, the scope of support has been expanded from less than 1 billion won in sales to 3 billion won this time.

In addition, the minimum payment amount, which was previously 500,000 won, has been increased to 1 million won.

The emergency living support subsidy is provided to 2.27 million low-income households by up to 1 million won each, and it is expected that each local government will be able to receive it around July.

700,000 freelancers at special high schools, such as door-to-door salespeople and assistant drivers, and 30,000 cultural artists were originally supposed to receive 1 million won, but this has been increased to 2 million won during the National Assembly discussion.

The subsidy for 160,000 corporate taxi and chartered bus drivers also increased from 2 million won to 3 million won.

In this case as well, a separate application is required, so it is expected that the preparation period will be about two months for cultural artists and one month for other occupations.
