[Explanation] On June 5th, the 6th Five-Year Environment Day national home event was held in Xining, Qinghai. This event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Central Civilization Office, and the Qinghai Provincial People's Government.
[Explanation] The theme of this year’s 6th Five-Year Environment Day is "Harmonious Coexistence between Man and Nature", which aims to further enhance the society’s awareness of biodiversity protection and climate change, unswervingly promote high-quality development, and strive to build a harmonious coexistence between man and nature Modernization.
[Explanation] At the event, Huang Runqiu, Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Fu Hua, Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, Wang Jianjun, Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Xin Changxing, Deputy Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Governor Xin Changxing delivered speeches respectively.
[Commentary] During the event, the host made a video connection with the host of the location of Yunnan, where the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity was held, and demonstrated their biodiversity publicity activities on June 5th Environment Day. Introduced the Qinghai Province "Qinghai Lake Naked Carp Breeding and Release and "Protecting Qinghai Lake, I am a Volunteer"" environmental protection activities.
[Explanation] The event site also displayed the top ten public participation cases of "Beautiful China, I am an actor", and invited representatives of the 100 most beautiful ecological environmental protection volunteers and representatives of the top ten environmental protection facilities opening units in 2021 to share environmental protection stories.

Our main goal is to train young volunteers in the ecological environment to promote our environmental protection and public welfare undertakings in Inner Mongolia.

[Explanation] This event also invited invited observers of the ecological environment to share their views on the cause of ecological environmental protection.
This year, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment continued to invite 10 representatives from all walks of life to serve as specially invited observers for the 2021 ecological environment and award certificates.

[Explanation] At the end of the event, Vice Minister Fu Hua announced that the national home event on June 5th in 2022 will be held in Liaoning Province.
