As of the end of August, 5,828 projects have been completed, more than 4,000 grain post-production service centers have been built, more than 1,500 grain quality inspection agencies have been built and upgraded, and provinces have supported the construction of 389 "China Good Grain and Oil" demonstration counties.

  Qian Yi said that by the end of this year, more than 4,000 grain post-production service centers will be completed, and the coverage of major grain-producing counties across the country will be achieved, and the grain loss, waste and mold loss in the covered area will be reduced by an average of 4%.

  According to reports, since the implementation of the Quality Grain Project, significant results have been achieved in increasing the supply of high-quality grain and oil products, increasing farmers’ income, increasing the efficiency of enterprises, benefiting consumers, and promoting the high-quality development of the grain industry.

  Take grain post-production services to promote quality improvement and reduce losses to drive farmers' income as an example. Last year, Shandong Province dried and processed 8.19 million tons of grain, helping farmers increase income by 160 million yuan; Anhui Province has cleaned and dried 4 million tons of grain, driving farmers' income by more than 200 million Yuan; Sichuan Province cleaned and dried more than 1.3 million tons of grain, stored more than 1.65 million tons, helped farmers increase income by more than 150 million yuan, and saved nearly 120,000 tons of food, which was equivalent to 250 million yuan.
