In the second stage, which will last until the second quarter of 2021, everything necessary will be done to complete the process of economic recovery, reduce unemployment, and ensure the growth of citizens' incomes to a level that will be comparable to the level of last year.
“At the third, final stage (this is the third or fourth quarter of 2021), we expect to enter the path of sustainable long-term economic growth,” Mishustin said.
