In 2019, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, together with 6 departments, carried out a special rectification of chaos in real estate leasing intermediary agencies, and achieved obvious results.

  "But we also found that driven by interests, individual real estate market entities still take risks, disrupt the order of the real estate market, and violations of laws and regulations occur from time to time. On July 13th, we and 8 departments jointly issued the "Regarding the Continuous Improvement and Standardization of the Real Estate Market Order" The purpose of the "Notice" is to achieve a significant improvement in the real estate market order within three years, effective containment of violations of laws and regulations, continuous improvement of the regulatory system, the establishment of a regulatory information system, and the gradual formation of a work pattern of joint management by the departments and the masses’ letters and visits.   According to Ni Hong, in the previous stage, Hainan Province started the action and inspected 711 real estate projects, including 552 development companies and 752 intermediaries. Currently, 205 companies and intermediaries have been ordered to rectify violations. , 222 companies were interviewed, 59 companies were closed for rectification, and 40 companies were notified.

Guangdong has recently launched an action and notified 75 companies, of which 24 are development companies, 30 are intermediary companies, and 21 are property companies.

Shenzhen City investigated the "Shen Fang Li" case to the end, and criminally detained suspects who violated regulations and laws.
