There is a large police raid at Hällbyanstalten outside Eskilstuna after an alarm about an incident. - I can confirm that it is an incident, I do not have any more information, says Stina Lyles, press secretary at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
The alarm to the police came in just before half past one on Wednesday.
The police have between five and ten units on the scene but are otherwise secretive.
- It is an ongoing effort, I can not say anything more, says Angelica Israelsson Silfver, the police spokesperson.
The rescue service is also on standby at the site.
