Recently, in Linfen, Shanxi, the Hukou Waterfall of the Yellow River, which is located between Shanxi and Shaanxi canyons, presents a clear stream and a rainbow landscape.
Affected by the drought and lack of rainfall in the upper reaches of the Yellow River recently, the amount of water in the main stream of the Yellow River has decreased, and the water flow has remained stable at about 300 cubic meters per second.
The drop of the main waterfall of Hukou Waterfall increased, and the water of the Yellow River, which was flying straight down, splashed water mist more than 20 meters high after hitting the bottom of the river channel.
The water mist forms a rainbow under the sunlight, attracting tourists to stop and take pictures.
