On April 30, Greenland North Exhibition Jinan Real Estate Co., Ltd. distributed promotional materials containing false information about "Jinan City Government will be relocated to the Pioneer District" in a group purchase promotion. Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration inspected Greenland Beizhan Jinan Real Estate Co., Ltd. and found that the above-mentioned behaviors of Greenland Beizhan Jinan Real Estate Co., Ltd. violated Article 8 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Anti-Unfair Competition" and constituted unfair promotion by false Competitive behavior.
On May 20, the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau made a false statement to Greenland North Exhibition Jinan Real Estate Co., Ltd. in accordance with Article 20 of the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China and Article 20 of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China. An administrative penalty of a fine of 440,000 yuan was imposed on the unfair competition propaganda.
