Perhaps at the beginning a short report on the state of affairs regarding the studies of the green candidate for Chancellor Baerbock. In the last few days there have been some critical inquiries that have led the party's press spokesman to take action against alleged “false claims”, which could possibly have meant debates about the research by Hadmut Danisch and Andreas Kappler. He presented undated excerpts from the cover pages of the pre-diploma from Hamburg and the master’s from the London School of Economics (LSE) and stated that the pre-diploma alone would have been enough for admission to the renowned university. Quite a few eyebrows were raised afterwards, because the LSE is actually a tough training academy that makes high demands and rejects many applicants every year. But for reasons unknown up to now, the decision was made in favor of the German political science student without a diploma, and she was allowed to do her master's degree. The LSE has just confirmed the degree, but the corresponding master's thesis with around 10,000 words cannot be found.

Meanwhile, Ms. Baerbock has quietly, if you will, exempted her curriculum vitae from studying: In the curriculum vitae, the courses of the "International Lawyer, LL.M.", who previously wanted to study public law in Hamburg, were reformulated. As a result, she has now only studied "Political Science" in Hamburg and a Master of Law after one year of Master's degree in Public International Law. Normally lawyers - as Baerbock was sometimes called - have hard-earned state exams, but you have to prove them to the court. In the Bundestag, people tend to rely on self-reports and change them secretly, unless someone has saved the old version in advance. It has been common knowledge since the Guttenberg affair in 2011 that you should still be meticulously honest.Ms. Baerbock has only been a member of the Bundestag since 2013 and is currently acting obviously under the pressure of unexpected debates and events

Of course, one can also ask the question whether the re-drilling is justified, and the iron silence in various German media is also a kind of answer. When, for example, my former CSU district administrator in Miesbach came under pressure and put his doctorate on hold, I was kept up to date with the debate by the national press, and the involuntary namesake of the plagiarism checker Vroniplag did not want to become chancellor - she just had the bad luck to be the daughter of a former prime minister. So you can see that there is a certain gray area in which the media can freely decide why the largely unknown district administrator could become a national topic, and why, on the other hand, one praises the education of Ms. Baerbock without any restrictions and becomes silent ,if the course wasn't so glorious after all. In 2016 the “Tagesspiegel” wrote that the MP Baerbock “studied political science and public law in Hamburg. In London she added a master's degree in international law "- that sounds impressively like a good university career and not necessarily like" after completing her intermediate diploma and without a degree in Germany, after a hitherto unexplained admission to an expensive university in London, she wrote a master's thesis that one in London is not a lawyer, and the claim that she is an international lawyer is viewed critically by some ”.In London she added a master's degree in international law "- that sounds impressively like a good university career and not necessarily like" after completing her intermediate diploma and without a degree in Germany, after a hitherto unexplained admission to an expensive university in London, she wrote a master's thesis that one in London is not a lawyer, and the claim that she is an international lawyer is viewed critically by some ”.In London she added a master's degree in international law "- that sounds impressively like a good university career and not necessarily like" after completing her intermediate diploma and without a degree in Germany, after a hitherto unexplained admission to an expensive university in London, she wrote a master's thesis that one in London is not a lawyer, and the claim that she is an international lawyer is viewed critically by some ”.is also viewed critically by some ”.is also viewed critically by some ”.

That is roughly the level of knowledge from yesterday evening, and I have it because at the moment I often ask lawyers something on other matters - and that is also a big topic that is being discussed in a discussion group.

Quite innocently - and now we come to the core of the contribution - I dropped the matter with the international law expert, because it makes a difference whether the "Tagesspiegel" writes something euphemistic or someone actually advertises themselves unironically as an international law expert in the media.

In any case, a lawyer who, to my knowledge, did not belong to any party, had recently seen an excerpt from an interview uploaded two weeks ago on YouTube in which Baerbock clearly stated that she came from international law and was an expert on international law.

By then it was almost midnight, I was tired and exhausted and more, so as not to let it disappear in the chat and store it somewhere, I then quickly tweeted it between brushing my teeth and a midnight cake: "International lawyer" #Baerbock. Just as an example where she actually claimed something that is now being questioned. Sure, I have an account with 48,000 followers, but it was late at night and something like that is sent anyway. I thought.

But then, without consulting me, the “Argonerd” account came up, which shortened the statement and no longer just linked YouTube, which you first had to click to play. He was making a film that ran automatically, and only then did the clip from a program with her co-chairman Robert Habeck hit like a bomb. "Argonerd" is known for its ability to let the double standards of media and politics collapse under its own weight. The headline “Sympathetic and unpretentious!” Was brilliantly chosen because the recently criticized Baerbock zu Habeck - after all, Dr. phil. - said from above that it came from “chickens, pigs, I don't know what to do, milk cows”, while it came from completely different worlds, from international law. I swear high and holy, I am arrogant myselfthe reciter could also come from me, and I didn't notice it. But when the slightly shortened excerpt with all the contemptuous hand movements, the lapidary, derogatory tone of Baerbock and the embarrassed face of Habeck was at "Argonerd", the disaster took its course.

Because here Baerbock was not filtered like on the advertisements of the Greens and asked by benevolent journalists into the correct worldview, in which she, as the savior of the climate and the environment, can show her beautiful character and her relatively young face with a boyish leather jacket: "Finally different", cheered the “star”, “the woman for all cases”, seconded the “mirror”, and the otherwise slightly prudish FAZ was noticeably cocky with “she just looks really good”. A completely different Baerbock appears in the video, arrogant and yet unable to say a straight sentence, erratic and snippy, derogatory and all of this with the awareness that she comes from another world and international law, in contrast to PhD cows milkers and writer Robert Habeck, who looksas if he had to drink a bucket of fermented organic whey on ex and look good.

Let us assume that the economist Dr. In front of the camera, Norbert Walter-Borjans would accuse his SPD co-chair Saskia Esken - not entirely without reason, by the way - that she came, I don't know what, from the Baden Beetle left behind from the parents' council, while he came from a completely different world and in Cologne Generali, Lanxess and Microsoft: The papers would be full of editorials about toxic masculinity in general, the men's club SPD in particular and the absolute ineligibility of Walter-Borjans. This is known from Christian Lindner's departure from the FDP general secretary or from dirndl remarks: From the men’s side, that’s not possible. If I see that correctly, I'm the only journalist who is picking up the video, otherwise there is genteel media reluctance,But the common vernacular on Twitter brings the words international law and Habeck to the top of the trends, and encourages users to perform sarcastically:

First and second place among the trends, several hundred thousand video views, debates with hundreds of participants, a lot of compassion for Robert Habeck, the joyful expectation that there might be more to be found, and by lunchtime the Greens couldn't shut up and complained bitter about this injustice, Baerbock had been taken out of context, it was all enormously unfair: This is the perfect run, and all because I was too lazy to open a Word document and save the link to the video there . I have no political interests whatsoever, I left the SPD a long time ago, and I agree with my grandmother, who said that they were all rags, soichane rags - I had no intention of exposing the green candidate for chancellor in front of a huge audience. There were no agreementsThat was simply a chain of a few coincidences and tweets, and I ask you to refrain from congratulating myself: Because actually that shows something completely different, namely how few parties are prepared for the election campaign.

The thing should have come from the political opponent, and he should have known it. It has been clear for weeks that Baerbock has great chances for the Chancellery, and it was also clear that many media outlets would write them to heaven until people can no longer hear it. At that moment, their own people should have asked their opponents the questions about their degree. When the Greens panic, lose control and start making changes to the résumé, those changes need to be documented. Until then, it's still a non-affair that only circulates on Twitter and the waiting media. All of this only gains impact through an irrefutable compromise that should be kept ready: If the possibly non-international lawyer says she comes from a completely different world, but not chickens,Pigs, I don't know what's up, milking cows, and that of all the green top candidates of hearts, with whom journalism has not only fallen in love, but has served as the most willing and most usable groupie. Horse pictures! Sea pictures! With the bike in the country and maybe a team with the also younger Söder! A philosopher. An author. Stop a great interview date to brag at the ladies' group in the editorial office, so that the others are green with envy, and not just an international lawyer without any government experience who did a bombastic-sounding, but rather narrow-minded degree before becoming a professional politician. Do not know. What are you doing. From a completely different world. In which journalism is not only forced to fall in love, but has served as the most willing and most usable groupie. Horse pictures! Zack boom. That's how it works. But the CDU / CSU didn't have it, they only have an election campaign app with a data protection leak. The FDP has FDP memes with the impact of a slug when falling from a height of ten meters onto reinforced concrete. The AfD parasitized the topic without even knowing it, Saskia Esken had her own shit storm because she advertised pellet heating systems on Twitter as environmentally friendly, and members of the left preferred to complain about police operations against anti-Semites in Berlin, which had called for the intifada to victory . The Greens were completely surprised, outmaneuvered and knew little to say - the video was real and perfectly placed.

Because I was too lazy to save. Right now I'm getting bulk reported on Twitter, but even if I get banned, it was worth it. I finally saw for myself how election campaigning on the Internet can work. All you need are inflated candidates who don't keep their promises and a video that is neither particularly scandalous nor wrong in itself, but hits from a side that nobody expected. Because it speaks to a lot that you would otherwise have to listen to defenseless, because of toxic masculinity, women's quotas, the special social skills of mothers, the better world when men have nothing to say, the superiority of some sexist closed clubs that the majority despise because they come from a completely different world, here as an eagerly protected woman, which is supposedly already being hunted by Russian bots, PUTIN-BOTS (!), so that it cannot be a blessing.

In retrospect, the roaring laughter at the bare, completely different world of international law is logical and easy to understand. But I was just too lazy to save, and the parties are wasting millions in taxpayers' money trying to get exactly those hits amidships on the enemy. In addition to the vernacular at the weekly market, this is the 5th violence in the state, capricious, a nightmare for message control and the right talking points, and something like that has to be expected today. Especially when you put a special figure in front, you know, other world and so on. Therefore: a little indulgence for the politicians, who are overwhelmed by all of this and whose job all of this is not for good reasons. And some indulgence with me as a trigger. Next time I'll save such videos offline. Great word of honor.

Dear Mr. Michalsky, where is the emoji for crossed fingers in our system, I - oh. Wrong document, please delete!
