Among Naumov's proposals, in particular, are the simplification of bureaucratic procedures for the transfer of entrepreneurial activities of mobilized citizens, the provision of tax incentives for personal income tax, as well as the creation of a special economic zone in the Donbass.

“Our faction proposes that all economic activities in the new regions of Russia, which, I am sure, will appear as a result of referendums and appeals, be carried out in the regime of a special economic zone,” the deputy emphasized.

Earlier it became known that the Ministry of Labor of Russia proposes to increase the minimum wage for 2023 to 16,242 rubles, and the cost of living to 14,375 rubles.
