Coffee has health benefits when consumed in moderation, and yet there is a consensus among doctors that excess has proven bad symptoms.

Millions of people in the world start their day with a cup of coffee. The caffeine contained in coffee refreshes the body, provides it with energy, and helps focus. Also, the level of the body's metabolism increases by consuming coffee, which may aid in slimming and digestion, so it is drunk frequently after a heavy meal.

But based on the doctors ’advice, which is the recommendation that we also find on the official page of the German Ministry of Health, according to what the Deutsche Welle website reported, you should not consume more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day. The mentioned amount is equivalent to four cups of Italian coffee or six cups of Arabic coffee, otherwise the body may experience many non-benign symptoms.

Here are some of the negative effects of excessive coffee:

diarrhea

Excessive drinking of coffee may cause diarrhea. The reason is gastrin, a hormone that stimulates the secretion of digestive juices in the gastric parietal cells and thus stimulates gastric motility.

And caffeine increases the secretion of this hormone, and automatically increases the motility of the stomach at the same time, which may lead to diarrhea. Caffeine also increases stomach acid, which leads some to the same result.

Feeling sick

If you usually suffer from stomach and digestive problems, and sometimes feel nauseous, it may be due to an excessive intake of caffeine. Because this substance may cause an imbalance in the digestive system and increase the heartburn.

And if you are addicted to coffee and always suffer from stomach pain in the morning, it is preferable to drink tea instead of coffee.

Excessive sweating

If you suffer from excessive sweating, it is best to reduce your coffee consumption. Caffeine stimulates the brain and stimulates the nervous system. This activation process, in turn, takes energy and effort, causing more sweat secretions.

frequent urination

Caffeine stimulates the kidneys, so they do their job faster than usual, which leads to the need to urinate at a higher level. So if you have a long way to travel, it is best not to drink too much coffee.

It is preferable to adhere to the golden rule that says that the best things are in the middle of it. This applies to drinking coffee.
