The Private Aviation Association in the Middle East and North Africa (MEPA) revealed that private airlines and businessmen began receiving many requests for private flights to Dubai during the period of the Expo 2020 Dubai.

The Federation stated that the demand for private aviation and businessmen is divided into two parts: the first for official delegations, and the second for companies and businessmen who will visit Dubai during the exhibition period, noting that “Expo 2020 Dubai” is the first international exhibition of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, and therefore it is expected and on Similar to previous fairs in other markets, high rate of use of private and business flights.

Al-Naqbi pointed out that there is coordination between the Private Aviation Federation in the Middle East and “Expo 2020 Dubai” in this regard, to provide the necessary services for those coming to the exhibition, stressing that the companies involved in planning flights have strong data on demand levels in the coming months.

Al-Naqbi added that the private aviation movement at Al Maktoum International Airport continued its great growth during the current year 2021, pointing out that the private aviation building in the aviation district of "Dubai South" is dedicated to private aircraft, and has a large capacity to receive various types of aircraft, and includes the best services. The building is also close to the Expo 2020 Dubai site.
