Ashraf Zaki: Festival singers will not work in the cinema until after Hani Shaker's approval

The head of the Egyptian Acting Professions Syndicate, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, said that festival singers will not be granted permission to work in cinema or drama, unless they first obtain a permit from the Syndicate of Musical Professions.

And Ashraf Zaki indicated, during a phone call to the Citizen’s Program, broadcast on Al-Hadath satellite channel today, yesterday evening, Monday, that if he did not receive approval from the Musicians Syndicate to sing, he would not give them permission to act, commenting: I am financial, no one is allowed to make a movie and a singer answers Work festivals.

Ashraf Zaki, the captain of the acting professions, added that there is no place for anyone trying to distort the image of art, and the presence of controls is not unacceptable, considering that trying to reach a middle area that guarantees the implementation of what the union wants while preserving living food will be a good thing, commenting: There will be soon Conference and listen well.

The decision of the Syndicate of Musical Professions to prevent a number of popular singers from working, and to withdraw their annual singing permits, sparked widespread controversy during the last period.

The list, issued by the union headed by artist Hani Shaker, included 19 names of festival performers banned from working, and they are: Hamo Beka, Hassan Shakoush, Coriander, Throat, Muslim, Abu Laila, Ahmed Qassem Filo, Ahmed Moza, Hamo Tikha, and Richa Costa Samara, Shawaha, Selim’s sons, the gang, the leader, Alaa Fifty, the high heels band, Majdi Shatta, Wazeh, Shakl, Amr Haha, and Anba.
