A nutritionist identifies 3 categories that are prohibited from eating carrots

The Russian nutrition expert, Dr. Olga Korabliova, announced that it is not recommended for those who suffer from liver problems, stomach ulcers and intestinal inflammation, to eat carrots.

In an interview with the Russian RIA Novosti news agency, the expert indicated that carrots are beneficial for the skin, heart and blood vessels, and help to lose excess weight, but it is not recommended to eat them when there are liver problems.

She says, if there are health problems in the liver, it will not be able to absorb the carotene.

And other health problems that prevent eating carrots, stomach or intestinal ulcers, as well as inflammation of the walls of the small intestine.

And the Russian expert adds, "When choosing carrots, it should not be soft and not smooth and have spots and cracks, because these signs indicate that the core is damaged."

Carrots are a good source of beta-carotene, a natural pigment that the body uses to make vitamin A, and it contains a good amount of fiber. Raw carrots treat daily constipation, and carrots also help maintain healthy cholesterol and prevent heart disease.

Carrots are root vegetables, and orange is perhaps the most popular of them, but they also come in other colors including purple, yellow, red and white.
