Winner of the Carrefour Foundation's “food innovation in favor of students” call for projects, Coop'Cot has set up an offer at preferential prices for students.

The cooperative grocery store has been offering it since last September in its premises in the Echat district of Créteil (Val-de-Marne).

The aim is to make good quality products more affordable, reports

.

The store will receive a subsidy of 30,000 euros spread over two years.

This funding will enable it to offer this device to nearly 1,000 students.

The offer struggles to seduce

While the offer has been available for almost three months already, only four students are currently benefiting from it.

To make itself known, Coop'Cot is organizing open days until November 28.

The event allows people who are not members of the association to test the device and join it later if they wish.

The system exempts students from annual dues and offers them a 17% reduction on their purchases.
