The accident occurred at No. 472, Yinfeng Road, Jingyue District, Changchun.
The Changchun Jingyue High-tech Zone Management Committee issued an announcement stating that after the accident, the leaders of Jilin Province and Changchun City rushed to the scene of the accident to direct rescue operations, and the fire fighting, emergency response, public security, and health departments were fully engaged in fire fighting and rescue work.
As of now, the fire has been brought under control.
The forward command has set up 7 working groups to fully carry out rescue work. The search and rescue work is still in progress, and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
