After the Tolosa Indians, the Toulouse Football Club also entered the fight against the coronavirus. Launched on March 19 in solidarity with Toulouse hospital staff, the prize pool of the ultra group of supporters had collected this Tuesday more than 9,000 euros.

In a press release, the current Ligue 1 red lantern announced several donations already made by its foundation: 10,000 euros paid to the Toulouse University Hospital, 5,000 euros to the Red Cross and 5,000 euros to Doctors of the World. "Others will follow," says the club.

In addition, the TFC has made its training center facilities available to the prefecture. Located on Ramier Island, next to the Stadium, they have been deserted by young Toulouse footballers since the establishment of containment.

"A first tracking took place last week confirming the interest of the authorities for this modern structure and adapted in case of need for emergency accommodation," said the TFC.
