83.1% of the respondents in the remote office reported that they had encountered problems. The biggest problem was that the work efficiency became lower (33.7%), followed by the poor home network (24.5%), and the remote office system was not mature enough ( 22.8%), poor work quality (17.8%), longer working hours per day (16.1%), etc.

The survey results also show that after the epidemic, more than 70% of the respondents' units will not continue to use remote offices, especially small and micro enterprises (80.4%) and government institutions (77.8%).

It is worth mentioning that the survey stated that after the epidemic, overall, the respondents' recognition of the unit has improved, especially among large and medium-sized enterprises.

28.2% of the respondents said that they prefer their own unit, most of them (56.9%) said they did not change, and 14.9% had a lower preference for the unit.
