At this year's 60th anniversary edition of Summer in P1 pod pod listening increased by 40 percent. However, direct listening to radio is at the same level as last year, where 42 percent of Swedish people listened to Summer in P1 sometime during the summer.

Of the programs that have generated the most reactions in social media, it is artist and writer Stina Wollter's summer talk that is in charge. Followed by the psychiatrist Anders Hansen and SVT choir Carina Bergfeldt.
- A number of strong, personal stories have been touched upon and knowledge of various important topics has been conveyed. Anders Hansen's program on how our brains work now has 2 million listeners.
