It was at 22 o'clock that SOS received an alert about a suspected gunshot in Malmö. Several police patrols and an ambulance were alerted to Serenadgatan. Once at the scene, the police did not find any signs of gunfire, but then received information that a person was shot dead on Munkhättegatan on Lindängen.
"A person has been taken to hospital with gunshot wounds," said Katarina Rusin, a police spokeswoman.
