Tobu Tojo Line Ikebukuro-Ogawamachi Stop operation Traffic light trouble September 25, 19:30
The Tobu Tojo Line has forgotten driving at the upper and lower lines between Ikebukuro and Ogawamachi from 6:40 pm due to traffic light problems.
Currently, safety confirmation is underway, but there is no prospect of resuming operation.
