KUWAIT CITY - The Kuwait National Seismological Network at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) announced on Sunday that it recorded an earthquake measuring 1.3 on the Richter scale north of Kabad and southern Jahra.
The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today quoted the director of the decision-making support program and network supervisor Abdullah Al-Enezi as saying that the earthquake occurred in the morning six kilometers deep in the ground and was felt by some citizens and residents in the Jahra area.
