同日，港股公司华宝国际亦发布了林嘉宇被立案调查相关公告。
而就在24日，华宝股份发布早间公告称，近日收到耒阳市监察委员会立案通知书，其决定对公司实际控制人朱林瑶的违法问题立案调查。受该消息影响，当日，华宝股份直接20cm跌停，次日继续下跌，盘中一度跌超19%。而港股华宝国际当日则一度大跌超75%。
实控人之子遭立案调查
华宝股份1月27日晚间公告，公司于当日下午收到衡阳县监察委员会立案通知书，其决定对公司董事林嘉宇的违法问题立案调查。随后，公司从林嘉宇家属处获悉，其目前被长沙县公安局执行指定居所监视居住。林嘉宇为公司实际控制人朱林瑶之子。
华宝股份表示，林嘉宇为公司实际控制人朱林瑶之子，同时担任公司控股股东华烽国际投资控股(中国)有限公司(简称“华烽中国”)及其一致行动人上海香悦科技发展有限公司(简称“香悦科技”)的董事长、法定代表人，其未直接持有公司股份。截至目前，就公司掌握的信息，公司未能知悉其被立案调查是否涉及公司责任，公司将持续关注进展情况，及时履行信息披露义务并提示相关风险。
据华宝股份2020年年报，林嘉宇，1992年生，中国香港籍，于英国及美国接受教育。他曾在广告传媒、电子商务等行业公司担任董事及高级管理职务、在国内一家非盈利基金会担任理事。
华宝股份表示，公司董事会目前运转正常，林嘉宇被立案调查、被执行指定居所监视居住事项不会影响公司董事会及日常工作正常开展，公司管理层将加强管理，确保公司的稳定和业务正常进行。截至公告披露日，公司尚不清楚林嘉宇个人债务情况。华烽中国、香悦科技持有的公司股份均不存在质押情形。林嘉宇被立案调查、被执行指定居所监视居住事项不会直接导致公司股权权属产生重大不确定性，亦不会直接对公司控制权稳定性产生不利影响。

24日，深交所火速就华宝股份实控人被调查一事下发关注函。追问华宝股份是否牵涉公司责任，是否影响公司经营等。华宝股份27日晚间回复交易所关注函称，截至目前，公司未能知悉朱林瑶被立案调查是否涉及公司责任，公司将持续关注进展情况并及时履行信息披露义务。截至目前，根据已知信息，公司未发现存在重大违法违规行为。
截至回复披露日，朱林瑶通过持股平台持有华宝国际控股有限公司约71%的股份，华宝国际通过华烽中国、香悦科技间接合计持有公司股份5亿股，占公司总股本81.1846%。公司于 1月27日通过中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司系统查询，华烽中国、香悦科技持有的公司股份均不存在质押情形。
华宝股份表示，公司系华宝国际的控股子公司，截至目前，朱林瑶被立案调查尚属于立案调查阶段，不会直接导致其持有的公司股权权属产生重大不确定性，亦不会直接对上市公司控制权稳定性产生不利影响。
回复还称，华宝股份核心业务突出，依靠在香精行业突出的技术优势获取领先的市场地位， 主要通过招投标方式获取业务，生产经营合法合规，平稳运行。截至目前，公司营业收入稳定，生产部门根据订单及时生产并完成发货，生产经营未受到重大影响。
