The "Fintech Hive" program of the Dubai International Financial Center, the first and largest accelerator for businesses in the financial technology sector in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, announced that it has signed an agreement with the Israeli "Fintech Tel" program.

A statement issued yesterday stated that this agreement will enhance the position of "Dubai International Financial", as a leading financial center in the region for the financial technology sector, and one of the 10 most important financial technology centers in the world.

According to the agreement, the two parties will work to organize events, share experiences, develop skills, and facilitate the processes of identification and mutual recommendations for companies keen to expand in both countries.

Rajaa Al Mazrouei, Executive Vice President of Fintech Hive at the Dubai International Financial Center, indicated that it is cooperating with Fintech Tel, with the aim of exchanging knowledge and further developing the sector, which opens the way for more than 240 startups working in the financial technology sector within the center. To achieve more opportunities for growth and expansion in the region.

For his part, the head of Fintech Tel, Nir Netzer, said: “During this historic period, which is characterized by the consolidation of peace ties in the region, we are honored to start this exceptional cooperation with the Dubai International Financial Center, which will provide great facilities for Israeli companies wishing to export their solutions. Technology to new markets in the region ».

He added that "Fintech Aviv" includes more than 30,000 Israeli and international members, stressing that this agreement will push Israeli companies working in financial technology to discover new cooperation horizons represented in expanding their business and obtaining new partners in the region.

It is noteworthy that the company «Fintech Tel» was established in 2014 with the aim of serving the Israeli financial technology sector system, and it supports more than 6000 start-ups and 300 research and development centers, as registered members of the program.
