The report pointed out that “Al Nuaimia” is the most popular residential areas for renting apartments in Ajman, as it witnessed a slight decrease in the average annual rental value of its properties, as the “studio” category amounted to about 15 thousand dirhams annually, a decrease of 1.6%, and for the room and lounge category 19 thousand dirhams Annually, a decrease of 4.24%, and the average rent for apartments consisting of two rooms and one hall decreased by 1.4% to reach 28 thousand dirhams annually.
Town centre
And “Downtown” came in the second place among the most popular areas for rent.
The region witnessed a decrease in the average rent of two-bedroom apartments by 3.42%.
The average rental value for a "studio" was 14 thousand dirhams per year, and for an apartment consisting of one room and a hall, 19 thousand dirhams per year, while the average rental value of a two-bedroom apartment decreased to 27 thousand dirhams.
Rashidiya area
The report pointed out that the Rashidiya region witnessed a decrease compared to the fourth quarter of 2020, and the average rental value for the "studio" category recorded a decrease of 9.5% to 14 thousand dirhams annually, compared to 19 thousand dirhams for the room and lounge category, while the average rental value for the two-room category decreased by percent 2.3% to become 26 thousand dirhams annually.
